Our Story
Founded in 2021, HomeUnit Property began with a focus on serviced accommodations, quickly establishing a reputation for excellence in property management. As our expertise grew, we expanded into managing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), refining our approach and deepening our understanding of the property market.
Our journey didn’t stop there. Recognising the potential in property development, we ventured into raising finance for Buy, Refurbish, Refinance (BRR) and flip projects. Leveraging our networks, friendships, and connections with investors and joint venture partners, strengthening our foundation on project.
Along the way, we’ve made it a priority to share our knowledge and experiences, teaching and mentoring those eager to learn and grow within the property industry. Our story is one of growth, collaboration, and a commitment to empowering others on their own journeys to success.
